I usually would not write something to explain a recipe as if you are looking at this then you probably know how a recipe works, however I just wanted to add a note that I almost always use weight as a measurement as it is more accurate and scales more easily to your needs. In baking my formulas are sometimes based on percentages. I will do my best to give standard recipes when I can.
