What a Typical week Once I get going looks like
My Week
Monday-
8am- weigh In
8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym
8:45 am- leave for gym
9-10:15 am- In the gym
10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.
11:45-12:30 pm- Edit Video for YouTube and Post
Go to Sleep (I work the night shift)
Wake up around 5:30-7 (whenever I was up naturally)
7 pm make dinner
Do to do list and prep fro next day
Tuesday-
8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym
8:45 am- leave for gym
9-10:15 am- In the gym
10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.
10:45- 2:45 pm- Prep for the upcoming work week as well a film and post to YouTube prep day
Go to Sleep when done prepping
Make dinner when I wake up
To do List and plan for next day
Wednesday-
8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym
8:45 am- leave for gym
9-10:15 am- In the gym
10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.
11:30 am- Podcast
Go to Sleep when I wind down
Wake up and prep for work day
Thursday-
8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym
8:45 am- leave for gym
9-10:15 am- In the gym
10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.
Go to Sleep when I wind down
Wake up and prep for work day
Friday-
8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym
8:45 am- leave for gym
9-10:15 am- In the gym
10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.
Go to Sleep when I wind down
Wake up and prep for work day
Saturday-
8:15 am- When I get off work, go to the farmers market and get food for the next week.
9:45 am- head to grocery store to get anything else that I might need for the week.
11 am- Unpack groceries when I get home.
11:15 am- Make breakfast or lunch.
12:00 pm- go to bed
when I wake up, make dinner and prep for work day.
Sunday-
8:30 am- Come home and make breakfast
relax or do to do list item
12:00pm- make lunch
go to bed or do a to do list
Wake up and make dinner. Family time (game night)
