What a Typical week Once I get going looks like

My Week

Monday-

  • 8am- weigh In

  • 8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym

  • 8:45 am- leave for gym

  • 9-10:15 am- In the gym

  • 10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.

  • 11:45-12:30 pm- Edit Video for YouTube and Post

  • Go to Sleep (I work the night shift)

  • Wake up around 5:30-7 (whenever I was up naturally)

  • 7 pm make dinner

  • Do to do list and prep fro next day

Tuesday-

  • 8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym

  • 8:45 am- leave for gym

  • 9-10:15 am- In the gym

  • 10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.

  • 10:45- 2:45 pm- Prep for the upcoming work week as well a film and post to YouTube prep day

  • Go to Sleep when done prepping

  • Make dinner when I wake up

  • To do List and plan for next day

Wednesday-

  • 8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym

  • 8:45 am- leave for gym

  • 9-10:15 am- In the gym

  • 10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.

  • 11:30 am- Podcast

  • Go to Sleep when I wind down

  • Wake up and prep for work day

Thursday-

  • 8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym

  • 8:45 am- leave for gym

  • 9-10:15 am- In the gym

  • 10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.

  • Go to Sleep when I wind down

  • Wake up and prep for work day

Friday-

  • 8:10 am- prepare pre-workout meal and get ready for gym

  • 8:45 am- leave for gym

  • 9-10:15 am- In the gym

  • 10:15-10:20 am- come home and prepare and take post workout shake.

  • Go to Sleep when I wind down

  • Wake up and prep for work day

Saturday-

  • 8:15 am- When I get off work, go to the farmers market and get food for the next week.

  • 9:45 am- head to grocery store to get anything else that I might need for the week.

  • 11 am- Unpack groceries when I get home.

  • 11:15 am- Make breakfast or lunch.

  • 12:00 pm- go to bed

  • when I wake up, make dinner and prep for work day.

Sunday-

  • 8:30 am- Come home and make breakfast

  • relax or do to do list item

  • 12:00pm- make lunch

  • go to bed or do a to do list

  • Wake up and make dinner. Family time (game night)
